Storm Bio

With more than 12 years of training experience, International Natural Bodybuilding champion, Storm de Smeth, has an enviable record of happy clients he’s produced through his own personal training techniques. 

Storm begun as a representative basketballer, then moved to Muay Thai boxing, winning each of his ring fights. But he really started to shine as a competitive bodybuilder. After taking out his first state title, Storm became Junior World Natural bodybuilding champion in just his first year of competition. Successfully defending his world title the following year, Storm also won numerous other natural bodybuilding titles such as Overall State champion and an Open Class Australian title. 

The goal of a natural bodybuilder is to have increased muscle tone with even proportions and minimal body fat. Storm has been able to utilise the methods used by bodybuilders to reach the same amazing results in his day-to-day clients.  

Storm worked as a weights supervisor and fitness consultant at the University of Canberra for more than six years where he helped hundreds of clients reach their fitness and weight loss goals. 

He now resides in The Sunshine Coast, running a personal training business. Every week he can also be found in Sydney working as a fitness consultant and professional fitness model. 

Storm holds certificates in personal training, rehabilitation exercise, and nutrition. He is also a qualified International Natural Bodybuilding Assoc. judge, so we know he has an eye for perfection!
